Just a quick email to pass on my sincere thanks for the HV works as completed by your three excellent engineers at Brompton Barracks yesterday. After a short delay first thing in the morning when it looked, for all the world, that the works would have to be cancelled a decision was made by all concerned parties to carry out the required cable joint in another location all together – across the other side of the road!
Your Cable Jointer, David Smith and his mate Alan Irvine quickly adapted to this new location and performed their duties with great expert attention to detail (as is required for this specialist jointing works), all under the very watchful attention of your AP Adam Cohen, who is a real credit to Metricab Power Engineering Ltd. both for his loyalty and job dedication as masters in engineering management. An expert in his field indeed!!
Once again my whole experience of employing Metricab personnel has been an absolute pleasure, from the outset requesting quotations and organising the works with Norman Turner, receiving an excellent set of RAMS for the works process – (if only other companies were anywhere near as good as producing these documents). Kerry is always a pleasure to deal with – very professional (I could do with her assistance myself every day of the working week!). Not forgetting the lovely telephone manner of the Receptionist when I call – so helpful. It all goes to produce a fantastic picture and excellent first impression of a very well run, well organised firm who continue to produce the goods for us from each and every employee, job after job, time after time.
